Returns & Refunds Policy

At CHICVERSA, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right. Please review our returns and refunds guidelines below.

Returns
  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging and tags attached.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as underwear, socks, and final-sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@chicversa.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide detailed instructions.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges
  • We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we kindly ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our support team immediately at support@chicversa.com with photos of the product. We will arrange either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Important Notes
  • Please ensure that all return requests are submitted within the allowed time frame of 14 days. Returns made outside this period may not be accepted.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
